These terms apply when you purchase or use a digital product from ColorsStrip.
Who we are
ColorsStrip is operated by Anuj Gupta, Sector 89, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Buyers under 18 should purchase with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Digital products
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the downloaded product for your own purposes. Do not resell, redistribute, or publish the files.
Payment and access
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Access is provided after payment is verified by the payment provider. We may suspend access where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery is complete the moment the download is made available to you after payment is verified. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, there is no right to cancel and no refund, return, or exchange once a PDF is delivered. A 1-on-1 session counts as delivered only when it takes place; if it can't be scheduled within 14 days of payment, you choose a refund or a credit (lifetime-pass sessions follow the same rule, per session). If your payment succeeded but access did not arrive, email colorsstrip@gmail.com and we will restore access to the file you purchased. See the refund policy for details.
Account access
If you create an account, keep your mobile number and PIN private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
Session policy
For 1-on-1 Problem Solving Mentorship, the following service-specific rules apply instead of the digital-file delivery rule: Schedule over WhatsApp right after booking, within 30 days of purchase. One free reschedule, requested at least 12 hours before the session. Less than 12 hours’ notice or a no-show counts as delivered: no refund or free reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session still ends at the original time. A session counts as delivered only when it takes place. If your session can't be scheduled within 14 days of payment, you choose a refund or a credit. Lifetime-pass sessions follow the same rule, per session. If ColorsStrip cancels or cannot deliver, choose a new time or a full refund.
Delivery exceptions
If ColorsStrip cannot deliver a purchased download, we restore access or issue a refund. If we cancel or cannot deliver a session, the buyer chooses a new time or a full refund. These exceptions take precedence over the no-refund clause; delivered PDF purchases otherwise remain final.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
