Because ColorsStrip products are digital downloads, please contact us promptly if your payment succeeded but access did not arrive or the file is materially unusable.
Payment problems
If you were charged but the order remains pending, allow a few minutes for verification and then contact support with your order details.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
Duplicate charges and payments made in error can be reviewed through support. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
Product issues
If a file is corrupted or materially different from its description, contact support so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
