Information we receive

We receive the name, mobile number, optional email address, order details, and attribution information you provide during checkout. Payment details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by ColorsStrip.

How we use it

We use this information to verify payments, deliver purchased files, associate purchases with an optional account, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests.

Storage and retention

Purchase records are retained as needed for delivery, accounting, security, and support. Download files remain private and are delivered through short-lived signed links.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing colorsstrip@gmail.com. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

• How consent works: In India and other regions where opt-in is not required, advertising cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time in Cookie settings; visitors from the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or an unknown location are asked first. We retain advertising choice evidence, its time, region when available, and the notice version.
• What Meta receives: When advertising is on, Meta (Facebook) Pixel measures PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, AddPaymentInfo and Purchase. Server-side events also report ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, AddPaymentInfo and verified Purchase, using shared event IDs to avoid double counting. Product identifiers and names, prices and INR currency, purchase quantity, page URL, IP address, browser user agent and Meta advertising cookies (_fbp and _fbc) may be shared for advertising measurement and optimisation.
• What is hashed: For purchases, buyer phone, optional email, first and last name and an identifier derived from the phone are SHA-256 hashed before sharing; a country code is hashed too. Hashing is not anonymisation.
• How to withdraw: Decline to prevent Meta tracking, or withdraw at any time through Cookie settings below or in the footer. Withdrawal stops new advertising reports, including queued purchase reports; it cannot recall previously shared data. We do not replay activity that occurred while advertising was declined. Essential purchase and account functions still work.
• Vercel Analytics: Vercel Analytics separately measures site usage without advertising cookies; advertising choices do not control this privacy-focused usage measurement.

Service providers we use

Razorpay processes payments and receives payment, buyer contact and order information; ColorsStrip does not store card credentials. Our externally managed database, account service and private file storage receive purchase, account, support, review and consent records to operate the store. Vercel hosts the production website and provides usage analytics; hosting providers process requests, IP addresses and browser details to serve and secure pages. Lovable provides the development preview. Meta receives the advertising data described above only while advertising is on for you. When Google Ads measurement is enabled, Google receives the order ID, purchase value and currency, page URL, IP address, browser details and Google advertising cookies for a verified purchase, also only while advertising is on for you. If you click WhatsApp support or scheduling, WhatsApp (Meta) receives the message you choose to send, your WhatsApp account details and chat metadata. Google Meet is used for live sessions and receives participation and connection information when you join. If you email support, Google's Gmail service processes your email and message. We use these services for their stated purposes, not to sell your information.

Children

Buyers under 18 should purchase with a parent or guardian's involvement. Visitors under 13 should decline. Do not submit sensitive information about children in support messages or reviews. Parents or guardians can email colorsstrip@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of a child's information, subject to identity checks and required record retention.
